Little Bird ATC

Hi everyone I hope your month has been great, if you ask me it's just going too fast.

Today I would
like to share an ATC I have made using the wonderful darkroom door stamp Love Birds.

the background is coloured using distress ink pads and Gesso. I have created the texture using the Memory Box stencil, texture wave and scraping gesso through it. after that I have coloured the entire background with distress ink pads in Rusty hinge and dusty concord and spritzed with water to work the colours together.

Have a fantastic day and don't forget to stop in at Bizzy becs store, you still have a couple of days to use your coupon sale discount.

See  you soon

butterfly shadow box

Can you believe that it's already October and the weeks are really flying by.
Today I would like to Share with you a shadow box I have made using the darkroom door butterflies stamp. I really love this stamp!

The background cardstock has been stenciled and stamped with many layers including ink, gesso and acrylic paint.

I have stamped the butterflies in StazOn black ink and then coloured with Dylusions ink sprays. i do this by using a waterbrush filled with the ink as I can control where the colours need to go.

The frame has been painted with gesso and acrylic paint and the stenciled using Pattern Raymelle memory box stencil and coloured with distress ink pads in Vintage Photo, tea dye, and antique linen.
