Hi There
It's my turn on the blog today for Bizzy Becs!
I would like to share with you a mixed media project.

The background has been layered with stamping and texture paste, using the Tim Holtz Sizzix Die 'mixed media' as a stencil.
I have used several colours of acrylic paints as well as a metallic gold to compliment the textures.

The Poppies have been stamped out on super thin paper, coloured with Copic alcohol markers.
I have then cut them out and collaged them down.
The face is drawn using acrylic paint, gesso and Prismacolor pencils.

I have used Nuvo crystal drops in Ebony Black to add dimension to the poppy stamens.

Supplies used:
Darkroom Door Background Stamp: Circles
Indigo blue Stamp: Limor Circles
Indigo Blue Stamp: Ickle Poppies
Memory Box Die: Sketchbook Imagine
Sizzix Thinletts Die: Mixed Media

You can get all of these supplies from Bizzy Becs and you still have a few
days too take advantage of her terrific EOFY sale with 10% to 30% off, remember you need to order !

Lilly Of The Valley stampingbella Stamp

Hi There.

Thanks for stopping by to look at my contribution for Bizzy Becs June design team inspiration.

Today I have used another Stampingbella Stamp from The Tiny Townies Collection.

Lilly of the Valley.

I have coloured the stamped image with Copic markers and fussy cut it out.

the background is sponged with Distress oxide Inks and water spritzed. Once dry I have
sponged more distress oxides over the top using a Tim Holtz stencil (THS077) as a mask.
A huge thanks to Debra James for showing us this background in class.
