Stampingbella Smarty Cat birthday wishes

Thanks for joining me again. This card is for our anything goes challenge over at Bizzy Becs.

For this card I have watercolored the background in a rainbow colour palette on watercolour paper.

I love how bright these colours have come out and how they really help the stamped cat to "pop".

I have simply stamped out the Satmpingbella Smarty Cat in Mimento tuxedo black and coloured it in using Copic markers.
