Paper Rose banners a different way

Hi again.

I'm back today with cards for Paper Rose Studio.

The cards today that I am sharing use a technique of cutting out a frame by using a stacking die set.
I wanted to create some card using a few bits and pieces that I had previously coloured in but were left over from other projects.

The three cards all use the Banner 2 Large metal stacking set.

To create the frames I have taped two dies together spacing them evenly apart so that the cut out creates a border or frame.

For this card the banner frame is layered up. I have cut out and glued together five layers of the banner frame. I have foiled the leaves and 'trapped" them inside the frame stack to suspend them off the background.
The background has been embossed and then hot foiled using the same embossing folder to add extra texture.
The bird from the Bird Day stamp set has been coloured with Copic markers.

This card has an embossed using a 3D floral embossing folder and Distress oxides. The panel has then been glued into the frame stack of die cuts to create a background.
Only 4 frames glued together here.
The Peonies stamped flower is coloured with Copic markers.

This card has a heat embossed and inked panel set inside the frame stack, when moved around there is a lovely shine to the flowers. The background has been run through an embossing folder.

Paper Rose Studio Poppies with hidden messages

Hi There

todays Trio of cards are for Paper Rose Studio featuring the Poppies stamp set.
For I inspiration I created three different looks using March's challenge mood board in Autumn colours.

These cards are all stamped on Blending card and masked off to allow a second stamping creating a field of poppies.

I have then coloured both the flowers and the background with Copic markers.

Once coloured I have die cut words across the flowers taping the letters together to set the spacing as I need to re-set the letters back into the background where they were cut from.

The Letters are mounted onto thin black craft foam that had also been die cut, and set back in to position.

To help the letters 'pop' I have gone around some of them with a white pencil to highlight the
edges.

On one card I have edged the letters in gold glitter pen and covered them glossy accents.

I really enjoyed working in a different colour palette I hope you give it a try and post your project in the Paper Rose Community facebook group.

Paper Rose Peonies

Hi There

Today's I would like to share with you a set of cards for Paper Rose Studio featuring the lovely Peonie and More Flowers stamp sets.

The set of cards have been created by stamping and masking out the previous layer to then stamp again. As a result I have created a floral cluster or spray on white blending card.

I have coloured the entire background in a dark coloured Copic marker blending and layering over and over until the effect is relatively smooth.

This card has a background using BV25 and the sentiments cut out of white card and layered for depth.

This one and the one below use B99 for the backgrounds

For this card I have stamped and heat embossed the sentiment after the background and flowers have been coloured.

Supplies used:
17148 Peonies 4 x 6 Stamp Set
17613 More Flowers 4 x 4 stamp set

Stampingbella Bianca Loves Her Big Cake

Hi there

Todays cards is for Bizzy Becs' and feature a gorgeous Stampingbella stamp.

The stamped images coloured with Copic Markers  as well as the yellow stars.

The background colour is sponged with distress oxides in Victorian Velvet.
After die cutting the star panel I have glued it down to the pink background.

The yellow stars are the die cut "waste"
that I have coloured in with a yellow Copic Marker and glued it back into position.

The yellow stars also have a layer of clear Wink Of Stella on them and then a layer of Glossy Accents.
